i enjoyed the smooth check-in process. the staff welcomed me warmly. i discovered a heated towel rail ready for use. my bags were taken to my room efficiently. i appreciated the hotel's central location. the excellent access to transport made exploring the city easy for me.

i noted that the breakfast service felt a little noisy, even when the area wasn't completely full.

the room i had was fantastic. it was a king studio suite and felt super spacious. i especially appreciated the large windows! everything was also super clean and well kept, such a treat after a long day exploring. i cannot wait to book this suite again!

the air conditioning unit in my room made a noticeable noise. it wasn't unbearable, but it did disrupt my sleep slightly!

The room was small. I was not pleased with the bathroom. It lacked proper ventilation. the shower temperature was inconsistent. the overall maintenance seemed subpar for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I found the experience underwhelming for the price i paid.
